In this presentation, Ann will explore the role of storytelling in teaching security principles and concepts to an audience that might have little interest in the topic. She will delve into the core concepts of storytelling, highlighting what works and what doesn’t. She will share her stories of success and failures, providing a candid look at the impact of storytelling on the effectiveness of security education. Lastly, she will share how these storytelling techniques have been instrumental in shaping the Security Education program at Okta. Attendees will leave this session with innovative strategies to make security education more accessible, engaging, and enjoyable through the power of storytelling.
